To ensure your complete peace of mind, Products are eligible for return or exchange only under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and unwashed.
• The item is returned with original tags intact and in its original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 2 to 4 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds are issued via bank transfer. Customers must provide accurate bank account details to facilitate the payment. For Exchanges, we will issue a coupon equivalent to the value of the exchanged item within 2 to 4 business days. The coupon issued will remain valid for the 100 days and can be redeemed on your future purchases.
