Modifications or Cancellations of Orders

Laameah reserves the right to cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to unavailability of stock, technical errors, incomplete or inaccurate customer information or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.                                                                                                                 At Laameah, you can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations may not be possible. To cancel, please contact our customer service team with your order number for prompt assistance.

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment. While we strive for prompt dispatch, delivery times may vary due to courier partner delays or unforeseen circumstances. Care and Handling of Products

Our products are carefully designed to be dry cleaned only. To ensure the best preservation of the fabric and its quality, we strongly recommend adhering to these care instructions.

Please be advised that any damage caused by handwashing, machine washing, or using any cleaning methods other than dry cleaning will not be eligible for returns or exchanges. We are not responsible for any deterioration, shrinkage, or other damage resulting from improper care.
