Shipping & Delivery

• The customer will receive a confirmation call on their mobile for order verification. Orders will be dispatched once verified by the customer.
• Delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. During sale periods, delivery may take up to 5 to 7 working days. Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.
• Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been shipped.This allows you to monitor your parcel’s journey until it is securely delivered to your address.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Customers may review the parcel before paying the rider to ensure satisfaction.

Returns & Refund

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within 3 days of receiving your order.
• The return item must be dispatched within 10 days from the delivery date.
• Refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 working days after we received your returned item.
• NOTE: Please note that items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.
