Refunds are processed within 2 to 4 business days after we receive your returned item. Refunds are issued via bank transfer. Customers must provide accurate bank account details to facilitate the payment. For Exchanges, we will issue a coupon equivalent to the value of the exchanged item within 2 to 4 business days. The coupon issued will remain valid for the 100 days and can be redeemed on your future purchases.
