NOTE: Please note that items purchased during a sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Conditions for Exchange and Refund

  • Eligibility: Items are eligible for exchange or refund only if they are unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags intact and in their original packaging.
  • Non-Refundable Reasons: Slight color variations due to photographic lighting or device settings are not valid grounds for a refund. Similarly, additional fabric, stitching styles, accessories, or embellishments showcased during photoshoots are not included with the product unless explicitly mentioned in the product description.
  • Inspection: All returned items are subject to inspection to verify that they meet our conditions for exchange or refund. 

Refund Policy

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • Bank Details Required: Refunds are issued via bank transfer. Customers must provide accurate bank account details to facilitate the payment.
  • Notification Period: Customers must notify Laameah of their intent to return the item within 3 days of the delivery date. The return parcel must be dispatched within 10 days of the delivery date.
Exchange Policy
  • Timeline: We offer a 7-day exchange policy.
  • Compensation: Once your returned item is received, Laameah will issue a coupon equivalent to the value of the exchanged item within 2-3 business days. The coupon issued will remain valid for the next 30 days and can be redeemed on your future purchases.
  • Notification Period: Customers must notify Laameah of their intent to exchange the item within 3 days of the delivery date. The exchanged item must be dispatched within 7 days of the delivery date.

Process for Exchange and Return

  • Notify Us: Notify us of your intention to exchange or return within 3 working days of the delivery date. Share your order number and tracking details with our Customer Service team by  reaching out at (+92) 3352262225
  • Dispatch: Ship the item via any courier service and provide the tracking number and order details within 2 working days of dispatching the item.
  • Completion: Once the item is received and inspected, the refund or exchange process will be initiated as per the specified timelines.

Credit Card Transaction Refund Policy

  • Refunds for payments made via credit/debit card will be credited back to the original payment method.
  • The process will take 2 to 3 business days from the date the returned item is received at Laameah’s premises. Additional processing time may vary depending on the bank's policies.  

Defective Products 

 At Laameah, we uphold rigorous quality assurance standards to ensure that every   product meets the highest level of craftsmanship and excellence. However, in the rare   event that you receive a defective item, we kindly request you to follow the steps   outlined below to notify us:

  • Notify our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the defective item by reaching out to us at [insert contact number] or [insert email address].
  • Share your order number or reference to help us identify your purchase details.
  • Provide a detailed explanation of the defect to assist us in understanding the nature of the problem.
  • Attach clear photos or videos that clearly highlight the defect or issue with the product.
