- The customer will receive a confirmation call on their mobile for order verification. Orders will be dispatched once verified by the customer.
- Delivery time is 3 to 5 working days. During sale periods, delivery may take up to 5 to 7 working days. Deliveries to remote areas may require additional time.
- Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been shipped.This allows you to monitor your parcel’s journey until it is securely delivered to your address.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, Customers may review the parcel before paying the rider to ensure satisfaction.
Returns & Exchange
- To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- The item must be dispatched within 3 days from the delivery date.
- Returns: This product is covered by our 14 Days Easy Return & Exchange. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 48 hours after we receive and approve your returned item.
- Exchanges: A coupon equivalent to the item's value will be issued within 48 hours, valid for 30 days and redeemable on future purchases.
